The tire rotation i ask and paid for was not done, Ask to check brakes, they told me i needed 4 rotors and brakes 866.00 How can you check and measure my brake pads with out talking off my rims

Brought the truck in because the truck wouldn’t start on some occasions, when the truck would not start there was no power for anything including lights key fob wouldn’t work also. After the truck set for a few minutes the alarm would sound, the truck will start after you cut alarm off with keys . The service department told us they couldn’t find anything wrong and there were no codes. My wife left the dealership drove about 40 miles stopped to get gas truck did the same thing, then a person that was getting gas checked the truck and found the battery cable was loose on the back side tighten it the truck is running fine now,. The thing is that we drove 1 hour to have it checked out with no results
